834 Pacific Street is located only two blocks away from the Barclays Center, one of New York City’s hottest sporting and concert arenas. Parks

834 Pacific Street is only ten short blocks north of Prospect Park, one of New York City’s most prized greenspaces. Spanning more than 520 acres, Prospect Park is the second largest public park in all of Brooklyn and includes Prospect Park Lake, the only lake in Brooklyn. The park houses Prospect Park Zoo and offers various sports facilities including baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts, and a tennis court. Prospect Heights is home to the infamous Brooklyn Botanic Garden, a 52-acre garden holding over 14,000 plants. South Oxford Park is also available to Prospect Heights residents offering sprinklers, playgrounds, and shaded park benches. 834 Pacific Street is a quick 15-minute taxi or bike ride away from Brooklyn Bridge Park, offering an 85-acre waterfront park along the East River with breathtaking views of the Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, and Downtown Manhattan skyline.

Transportation

Conveniently located in close proximity to several transportation hubs, 834 Pacific Street is only three blocks away from the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, and R trains at the Barclays Center and only one block from the A and C trains at Clinton–Washington Avenue. Several MTA buses also run through Prospect Heights including the B25, B26, and B52 which run east and west and the B44, B48, and B69 which run north and south. Several Citi Bike docking stations are also located throughout Prospect Heights, including one on the same block as 834 Pacific Street.
